We pride ourselves in our customer service and our policy is to ship all of our products for free to our customers. We believe that you have enough of an unforeseen expense and you don't need additional expenses. We understand that some people need more than just Free Shipping. This is why we also offer Delivery and Setup for an additional cost.

Standard Delivery (FREE) -  Standard delivery is FREE to your home or facility. Hospital Beds are freight items and will be delivered to the front of your home or business. Inside delivery is not included with standard delivery.

Delivery and Setup (+ $395) This delivery option will add 5-7 business days to your delivery time - We will ship your hospital bed to a preferred installer in your area. Once our installation team receives your bed they will schedule a time with you to install the bed. The technicians will bring the bed into the room of your choice and assemble. They will answer any questions you have about the bed and will make sure everything is working correctly. All included in Delivery and Setup:

• Trained and background checked technicians
• In-home delivery
• Assembly of bed in room of your choice
• In-service instruction on proper use, maintenance, and warranties
• Removal of all boxes and packaging material
